DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES/EVENTS:  
 
Yin Yoga- Gentle, yet intense, Yin Yoga helps open the body and encourage the ability to observe and stay with sensation.  Yin goes beneath the superficial muscles and  into the connective tissues, joints and bones.   Poses target the hips, pelvis and lower back, where meridian chi can become most deficient and difficult to open.   Helps balance your active (yang) life!.  Mindful and insightful practice, exploring  sensations, emotions, and mind states. 

Yin/Yang Yoga. A series of Yin (longer-held) postures, woven together through a mindful and gentle vinyasa (moving with breath) yoga practice. Yin yoga stimulates your bones and the connective tissues that bind them while it replenishes the mind and nervous system. Cultivate a more meditative practice while bringing fluidity to the places in your body that are naturally less agile. Open to all levels.

Peace & Harmony Gentle Yoga - Harmony is our body's natural state. This GENTLE class is designed to help balance and restore energy at all levels through a combination of gentle movement, yin & restorative poses, and crystal singing bowl sound therapy.

Crystal Bowl Sound Bath - GOOD, GOOD, GOOD Vibrations! Pure Quartz, Pure Tone, Pure Vibration.    Allow your cells to naturally attune to the meditative, balancing, and healing powers of sound vibration.   Meditation can be done seated on mat or chairs, or lying down – your choice!   Breath work and a few simple restorative yoga poses may be included to release the physical body before meditation as well as other sound healing tools such as chanting and drumming. Bring pillows, blankets, etc if you want to get comfy!  Tune in to the higher vibration of you! 

Chakra Harmony - Combines Crystal Bowl Sound Therapy and Restorative yoga poses to balance each of the chakras.  Bring favorite blanket and pillow.  No yoga experience required.  Restorative yoga is considered the "yoga of surrender", blissful end to any day! 

Sound Therapy Workshop -  Learn to Play the Bowls! - An afternoon of harmony with crystal bowls and restorative yoga. Sound workshop highlights...Discover the benefits of sound therapy, Learn to play the crystal bowls and experience crystal bowl sound bath meditation with Restorative yoga. No musical experience required - hands on with the bowls,  intuitively guided!  Advance sign up requested, limited space available, CEUs available for Yoga Alliance teachers.
